C.Harris gave very realistic proposals to reform the police force in America.. Especially with the start of transparency, allowing citizens access to the policing policies, procedures, and training curriculum. I do wish the author had more elaboration on police encounters with mentally ill citizens. Overall, it was a easy read, understandable , clear, with realistic solutions to our very flawed police system. I will recommend this book to people around me to read!!!
