I have 7 labels out of the whole book. I was hoping for shortcuts to everyday recipes that I might not know about but these recipes aren't up to what we like to eat. And some ingredients that I've never used. Plus neither my husband nor I can eat spicy foods because of digestive problems. There's lots of spicy in this book. I'm extremely disappointed with this cookbook. Some one might find this book great and that's wonderful for Ree. I don't unfortunately. ( Reviewed in the United States on October 20, 2021 )
